HexaLabs Lab Portal

Run every learner’s lab from one portal.

labsoncloud.online is where learners open their labs and trainers run the batch. Deploy 1 to 100+ identical machines, start and stop them in bulk, cap daily hours and download usage reports, for Windows, Linux, Kubernetes and cloud sandboxes.

  • Opens in the browser

Windows and Linux desktops over HTTPS. No installs, no VPN.

  • Deploy 1 to 100+

Identical machines for the whole batch, in one go.

  • Hour caps & auto-stop

Daily limits per learner and idle machines stop on their own.

  • Usage reports

Who used which machine, and for how long, as PDF.

Everything in the portal

Built for the trainer and the learner.

Learners get one sign-in and their own lab. Trainers get one screen for the whole batch.

  • Labs in any browser

Learners sign in at labsoncloud.online and click Open in Browser: a full Windows Server or Linux desktop, a Kubernetes namespace or a cloud sandbox. Nothing to download, no VPN.

  • Bulk deploy

Pick an image and deploy 1 to 100+ identical machines in one go, with your course software already installed.

  • Bulk start and stop

Start or stop one machine or the whole batch in a single action, before and after class.

  • Extend lab expiry

Add days for one learner who fell behind, or for the full cohort.

  • Daily hour limits

Cap each learner at a set number of hours a day. Limits reset at midnight.

  • Idle auto-stop

Machines with no activity shut down on their own, so nobody pays for an idle lab.

  • Usage reports & certificates

See who used which machine and for how long. Download usage reports and completion certificates as PDF.

  • Activity log

Every start, stop and session is recorded with user, machine and time.

  • Roles & isolation

Super-admin, organisation admin, partner, instructor and learner roles. Organisations never see each other’s users, machines or reports.

  • Ask Hexa in the portal

An assistant that checks a learner’s machine status, lab expiry and hours left, walks them through common fixes and hands the issue to the platform team.

  • White-label

Run the portal under your own brand: your domain with SSL, your logo and colours, and learner emails from your name.

  • HTTPS everywhere

The portal and every lab URL are served over HTTPS.

How a batch runs

From course outline to a room full of running labs, in four steps.

  1. Create the cohort

Name the training, set the dates and add learners by email. Each learner gets their own login.

  2. Deploy machines

Pick an image and deploy 1 to 100+ identical machines. Your software comes pre-installed.

  3. Learners open the lab

Learners sign in at labsoncloud.online and click Open in Browser. Nothing to download.

  4. Track and report

See who used which machine and for how long, and download usage reports and certificates as PDF.
